My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The fabric was provided by the owner and the interior designer. It was installed after we closed the house, so unfortunately we do not have that information.

      I believe I've seen that fabric at Yesterday's Tree in Asheville. A lot of decorators get fabric there, so it's very possible.

      I have the exact drapes and I LOVE them!!! They are "Simone" from Pottery Barn, no longer available. Please let me know if anyone has this, I need at least 2 more panels!!

      The Simone P,B. fabric is actually Kravet Lorton - "Vintage". I have this as well, but didn't buy through P.B. The fabric on the bed and drapes I think is a little different, but in the same color palette. Been trying to find a different paint color - might try Bleeker beige!

      Check Ebay. They often have discontinued PB items.

      The fabric on the curtains is the same as the pillow sham. It is Kravet, Latika is the name, Festival is the color. It is still available.
