The before wasn't aweful to look at. It had a very "commercial" building appearance but clean and modern. The wood pergola just added a warmth to the structure. Nice job.

Yes. Hardie Board 2.0. This is the first residential project in Portland authorized to use this material which is usually used for commercial applications only.
