Let's Remodel

During our search for a contractor, we contacted several companies. My first contact with Let’s Remodel was by phone with co-owner Polina. We had a discussion about their overall approach to a bathroom remodeling project and she walked me through their process. I was very impressed and felt their process was perfect for us. Polina provides the design services and Pavel (co-owner) oversees the construction process. The crew were all skilled and professional craftsmen. End result, we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We strongly recommend this company for any remodel project and would not hesitate to use them again.

Polina and Paval of Let's Remodel have made our kitchen dreams come true! Our kitchen is... was... over 30 years old. We tried to work with the layout as best we could for as long as they could. Let's Remodel, made our kitchen so much more functional and beautiful. Polina and Pavel really listened to our desires for the kitchen. They made it happened. Their crew was fantastic!

Our partial kitchen remodel included repairs and refinishing our hardwood floors, new countertops, cabinet painting, new sink and faucet and rebuilding the sink/cabinet area. The employees who worked on this project were experts in their trades. The quartz countertops included a waterfall on the island. Polina helped us pick out the perfect color to complement a two toned kitchen. Pavel was always available to trouble shoot and makes things work.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! The increased functionality we got out of suggestions from Polina and Pavel are so nice, it really is a completely different room. We moved the cooktop off our small island (switched from gas to induction!) and now have a larger island to gather around and prep on, and the auto-open garbage drawer is amazing!

We hired Let's Remodel 08/2024 to enlarge a powder room to include a walk in shower for purposes of "aging in place". From our first contact with Polina, their professionalism and attention to detail was apparent. Polina was honest regarding our budget expectations and when Pavel did onsite estimate he reaffirmed that we needed to increase our budget to achieve our goal. We appreciated their candor. We decided to increase our budget and Pavel worked very closely with my husband to keep final estimate in budget! The remodel took about 6 weeks from start to finish, a timeline Pavel did his best to honor due to our travel plans. The demo crew, framers and painter were awesome: punctual, neat, great at end of day clean up, and friendly. We had issues with a few of the subcontractors but on notifying Pavel or Let's Remodel staff our issues were promptly addressed. We love our new bathroom, all its well planned features and how timeless and seamless it looks! Thank you Polina and Pavel for giving us the bathroom we envisioned. We would not hesitate to hire or recommend Let's Remodel.

We used Let’s Remodel to remodel our kitchen in 2023. We received excellent input from Polina, the designer. When I became frustrated about finding the right tile for the floor, she brought by samples. When I didn’t like any of them, she sensed my frustration and sent me to a tile store where we found just what we wanted. The tile installer, Igor, was exceptional! Her husband, Pavel, is the contractor. Although he is rarely on-site, his follow-up was good. After the project was completed, we had a problem with a drawer not fitting properly. Pavel brought the cabinetmaker to the house and changed out the runner (wrong size). We struggled to get the look we wanted in a window opening into the living room, but Pavel worked with us to get the look we wanted. All the finish work was (and still is) excellent. I found Pavel and Polina to be very responsive to our concerns. The project took longer than anticipated, but we are very happy with the end result.

Let's Remodel did our bathroom remodel, and the finished result is excellent. The workers were easy to work with and kept the site clean, including demo, tile and paint. The design was good, they helped us pick out what we wanted when we only had vague ideas. We did have to keep in contact with the office to get up to date info on the schedule, but the office was responsive. We're very pleased with the final product.

I love my new kitchen! Let’s Remodel came in and replaced everything except a couple of appliances which we reused, and our new kitchen works wonderfully. We did not change much from the previous layout except for getting a complete range instead of a cooktop and separate oven, but that change gave us more useful storage in the pantry cabinets. They didn’t have to move any walls, but otherwise gutted the whole thing, including removing soffits. Pros: •Pavel and Polina and their entire staff are lovely people and nice to work with. •Both Pavel and Polina respond well to texts and were pretty easy to get ahold of. •Polina is a great designer. She listened to our wants and needs and on the first try presented us with beautiful options for our cabinets, floor, and backsplash. •We were able to live in the house while the remodel took place. •The workers shuffled our furniture around as necessary for us. This was a great help. •The finishes all came out beautifully. •Removing our old square ceiling lights and replacing them with cans has been wonderful, and they did a great job of texturing the ceilings to match the existing brocade ceiling. •They were able to install the fancy copper hood we bought. •They managed to install the luxury vinyl plank floor throughout the house with no transitions. Beautiful! •We had to replace some door and window frames which are stained throughout the house. They matched the stain perfectly. •They knew the perfect thing for our corner cabinet. The whole thing pulls out for easy access. Challenges: •Pavel has a great crew, but he himself was not on site as often as we would have liked. This resulted in our catching a few errors that we then had to call about. Fortunately, we caught them before much work was lost. And there were only a few. The errors were cheerfully corrected. •They got off schedule at one point and the schedule was not revised online to reflect the new reality. •The job took a couple months longer than originally planned (partly our fault – see POD below, and partly theirs – finishing touches and our difficult hood). Suggestions for you: •Rent a POD. Our job included the new kitchen, new floors throughout the house, and painting all the walls. If it had just been the kitchen, we might have been able just to use the garage to store stuff. Maybe. But having to pack all the books and décor items, really maxed out the garage. And we forgot to account for the storage of construction materials in the garage as well. This really made it hard on the workers shuffling our furniture around. If we had rented a POD, we’d have been able to get some of the furniture out of the house and there would have been less shuffling. Pavel told us that the furniture shuffling really slowed them down, which makes total sense. •Pay attention when Polina shows you all the fancy inserts for cabinets and drawers. You’ll want some.

Everything went smoothly during our bathroom remodel with Pavel, Polina and Let's Remodel. They helped us pick materials, provided ideas, and communicated with us throughout. When problems arose, they were really responsive and helped resolve the issues. The end-product looks great and we recommend them highly.

Let's remodel did a wonderful job on some kitchen remodeling projects a few years back including counters, tile floors, backsplash, and a new kitchen island. The job was done on time and on budget, and we were very satisfied with their work. We recently had a small problem with our tile floor they had installed, and they were so responsive to my concerns! They fixed the problem quickly. A company with integrity that stands by the quality of their work is so hard to find these days. I highly recommend Let's Remodel.

Pavel and Polina from Let's Remodel just completed remodeling our master bathroom and bedroom, as well as completely updating our guest bedroom and office (paint, new closets, lighting, and carpet). The work on our master bath and bedroom was extensive. Our space is small, so the goal was to increase our bedroom space knowing and reconfiguring our bathroom. Polina completely resigned our bathroom with a walk-in shower, hanging toilet and hanging vanity, along with a linen closet and hamper in the bathroom. This linen closet is flush against the wall; therefore, it's added space without taking up space. She recommended pocket doors, again to maximize our limited space. Everything is ADA accessible, including the shower with seating and the water/shower controls next to this seating (just in case we need this in the future). Everything is super modern and absolutely beautiful. Pavel recommended that we remove the one large window and replace it with two smaller windows that frame our king-sized bed, as well as removing a wall, and installing the closet (with lots of shelves and drawers and room for hanging clothes) flush against the wall...gorgeous. We also put a pocket door in our bedroom. Everyhing is perfect...the fixtures, the colors, the lighting...everything. Of course, I knew it would be. Pavel and Polina are committed to excellence, to listening to their clients, to communicating effectively, and taking pride in their work. They are conscientious about budgets, timing, and cleanliness, and all their employees are respectful. Pavel and Polina are also wonderful people. I liked having them around. I highly recommend Let's Remodel.

We highly recommend the Let’s Remodel Team. Final outcome: They clearly care about the quality of their work. We had a specific vision for our remodel. The team supported our vision and brought it to life. Taking this large project on was a big deal for us. We definitely made the right choice going with Let’s Remodel. Communication: Very good, definitely above the industry standard. Tania and Michaela were especially organized and prompt. The team actually embraces technology (BuilderTrend) to help track and communicate about the project. Project process: Relatively smooth, although the transition between each stage of the project was a little slower than we hoped. In a large project, miscommunication with subs and missteps happen. The critical difference with Let’s Remodel: They are professional and honorable about it. Pavel and Polina were responsive to issues we identified, and the team fixed problems promptly. Subs: Overall quality work. Shout out to Igor, who installed gorgeous tile flooring with no trim, which was the centerpiece of our design. Pricing: Remodeling in 2024 is expensive. When we started researching bids, we had to adjust our expectations to reality. Let’s Remodel was neither the cheapest nor priciest bid we received, but their bid was reasonably on par with CVV midrange estimates. Once we got to contracts and change orders, the process was seamless, with very little confusion or uncertainty on our part. They kept impressively close to the fixed price we agreed to. Let’s Remodel is setting a gold standard in this regard.

I've met Pavel and Polina when I wanted to remodel my house. I can tell I'm so happy we've met. They are always kind and attentive, Polina helped me with design, pick color pallet (she has design gn degree), Pavel was the general contractor and fulfilled my vision. Everything was as it was supposed to be and on time. Price was very competitive. I love my final results. I can't recommend them enough and especially it's owners Pavel and Polina. I looking forward to do more projects with them in the future.

We had a beautiful kitchen remodel with Pavel and Polina at Let's Remodel. Our kitchen was from early 1990s, about 30 years old, and needed all updates. We had good experiences from the beginning, from Tania at the showroom's front desk who was patient with more than one visit, showing the options and example renderings and being very responsive in a timely manner, we were pleased with the level of support. Polina helped with the design and suggesting materials as well as improvements that are convenient and useful, and we liked Pavel's ideas of layout and what would make sense. Their crew for demolition, cabinet, countertop installer, paint are super nice, very respectful in the home and never had any issues for the 2+ months they were in the home. We considered other remodellers, but working with the team and specially Carlos who i think is a superman of can do and fix anything, we were very pleased that we had given the remodelling job to the right team. The remodel was completed in agreed time and cost and love the way it turned out. We would recommend Lets' Remodel for any remodelling needs.

We had previously used Let’s Remodel for new kitchen countertops multiple years ago. Pavel’s team was very professional, the process was timely and the countertops look amazing. When it was time for a first floor renovation, my only call was to Let’s Remodel. Working with Pavel and Polina was wonderful. They understand the needs of a family, budget and really listened to our wants and ideas. Polina is a great designer and we worked really well together. She helped bring my vision to reality. Several years ago, we purchased a house in the Portland as rental property. The house was built in the 70’s with dated bathrooms. The bathrooms are small and have sofit that make them feel even smaller. The shower in the master bathroom, which we affectionately called the cave was claustrophobic. When we decided to remodel the bathrooms, we looked for a company that was substantial enough to handle all aspects of the job and could work with us remotely as we do not live in the Portland area. We selected Lets Remodel as we liked the Pavel and Polina team. All aspects of the job, from design, contract, fixture selections and construction were documented and communicated using Buildertrend software. This made the remodel experience hassle-free. The master bathroom’s shower, formally called the cave is now a beautiful glass enclosed space that you are not afraid to go into. We are happy with the look and feel of our new bathrooms.

We hired Let’s Remodel to update our house which was built in the early 90’s. Pavel and Polina, owners of Let’s Remodel helped us design and plan our project. We replaced all the flooring,countertops, cabinets, island, bathroom sinks, fixtures and fireplace. They also upgraded our primary bath with new countertops, sinks, hardware and a glass shower. Everything was done well and all of their contractors were professional in their work and how they communicated with us. They have a design showroom which expedites the process and makes it easy to get things done efficiently and quickly. Our huge project took a little over 5 months. Polina, who has excellent taste, listened and then was able to provide options for us. If there were any questions, someone was always available to help. We highly recommend them for your next project. You will love their work. We are already planning phase two!

Let’s remodel did an incredible job on my kitchen. From the first consultation to the final photos they impressed me. They suggested putting in a larger window and I can’t imagine the finished product without it! The design is efficient, bright and open... it’s exactly what I wanted! I love all of the pull-outs and organizers! The hidden microwave and double drawers keep the look super clean. Polina and Pavel understood my vision and made it come to life perfectly. I can’t wait to have them do my next remodel project!

Pavel and Polina from Let’s Remodel designed and remodeled our kitchen, living room, and guest bathroom soon after we moved into our home in Beaverton in 2020. Recently, we decided to add a deck off our kitchen, and we, of course, contacted Pavel and Polina. They designed the deck, recommended great materials, and installed the deck in record time…about 3 weeks. Pavel took the extra step of making sure the steps from the lawn to the deck were easy to use for older adults. Their work is excellent in all regards. The deck is absolutely beautiful and completely functional for our needs. I really cannot say enough about this company. I consider them family.

Let's Remodel did an excellent job with the remodel of 2 1/2 bathrooms and some ancillary projects we found along the way. We did not know where to start. From the very start Pavel (the owner) was involved he listened to us and guided us through the process. Polina (owner) and her team helped us with the design and "fun" stuff. It was definitely a collaborative project and the bathrooms look amazing! We had them put in a wet room in our master and it is better than we had hoped. We highly recommend them! Let's Remodel did an amazing job renovating our basement. We added an interior mother-in-law suite, complete with bedroom/kitchenette, closet and bathroom. The waterfall countertop, wood beam running through the space and bathroom are gorgeous! Polina, Pavel and their team were very professional, kind and helpful. We just finished an extensive remodel of two bathrooms, hallway, basement stairs and kitchen. A three month project that met all of our expectations. The contractor, design staff and all their employees were very professional and accommodating. The quality of work and materials was satisfying to say the least. I would recommend them with no reservations. It's not often, when the project is complete, you would think of the contractor as a friend.

Polina and Pavel helped us do a complete kitchen remodel, as well as updating a laundry room and powder room. We are extremely pleased with the results -- couldn't be happier. Pavel really takes ownership of the process and was very flexible in dealing with the issues that inevitably arise in such a complex undertaking.

We hired Let's Remodel to do a simultaneous remodel of two of our bathrooms. This was our first time working with a design/build company and to say we were nervous would be an understatement. It turns out we had nothing to worry about. Pavel and Paulina, the owners, were so supportive of our vision and helped turn our pile of inspiration photos into a workable design. The office staff, Lauren and Micaela, were always easy to reach if we had questions or requests. The subcontractors were all punctual and hard working. The work space was always tided up at the end of the day. If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel like we need to give special recognition to Igor, our tile installer. We had asked for fairly complex tile designs for both bathrooms and Igor nailed it! His meticulous attention to detail and "nose to the grindstone" work ethic were nothing short of astounding. If you're considering a project that calls for top notch tile work you can't go wrong with Let's Remodel. From the first day of demo to the final paint touch ups, our project took just shy of nine months. Given the scale of the job and the Covid factor this felt completely reasonable. The budgeting was straight forward and accurate. Our final total was within about a thousand dollars of the original estimate. The online portal was extremely helpful for progress tracking. We could check on everything from work scheduling to fixture selections to reviewing our itemized invoice. We could even make payments via wire transfer. To sum up, our experience with Let's Remodel and their whole staff was beyond our expectation. If you are looking for a design/build firm to help you with a complex remodel project in your home I can not recommend them enough.

The team at Let's Remodel did a great job with our kitchen renovation, which involved significant cosmetic upgrades to what had been an outdated and dysfunctional design. Further, the kitchen is small and we were limited by the existing footprint. The team was easy to work with and stayed in communication throughout the construction process. We had a pretty good idea about how we wanted it to look, and Polina and Pavel were receptive to our thoughts and suggestions and also gave us their honest feedback when we asked, which was invaluable. My husband and I recently moved to Oregon (February 2020) and purchased a home in South Beaverton. We decided to immediately remodel our kitchen, which actually turned into a larger project to include the guest bathroom, living room, and hallways. I interviewed five different firms, all of which are highly rated. Let’s Remodel, however, stood out right from the get go. Pavel did a video tour of our kitchen (because it was just the kitchen at this time). He was thorough, a good listener, and answered all our questions, but it was his warmth and humor that we appreciated. Pavel and Polina then came to our home and designed a beautiful kitchen and living area for us. They explained the process completely and were very generous with their time. We hired them, and we’re glad we did. Polina is an excellent designer. She put together all the fixings for our home with a variety of options. Pavel is a superior project manager. His workmanship is excellent, perfect really. The workers were considerate, timely, and respectful, and they always cleaned up. Their communication is also excellent. They responded to emails immediately. We always knew the agenda, the timeframe, and what to expect. Delays were minimal, and they were always due to Covid-related stuff. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention their quiet, calm demeanor and positive attitude. They truly care about their clients, and I enjoyed getting to know them and the family. We shared many stories and laughs along the way. Best of all, the remodel is absolutely gorgeous, beyond my expectations. I look forward to working with them next year on our next remodeling project.

We had a major overhaul of our entire downstairs and the results by Let's Remodel have transformed it into a super functional space that our family will enjoy for years to come. Pavel, Polina and Kat really worked hard to give us an amazing space. Initially, I really struggled with the former layout of the kitchen, and after more discussion, it made sense to knock a wall out and enlarge the space. We love all of the pull outs in our cupboards and I can actually find all of my spices now...and can even buy more! My pots and pans are organized for the first time in 20 years. In addition we asked for two custom items: a bookcase hidden door for a poorly located closet, and also a liquor cabinet. While everything downstairs looks amazing from the floors, to the base boards, to the larger window, the bookcase and liquor cabinet are the most unique things in our home now. We are very happy with the results!

I was on the fence about what colors and materials I wanted to use, Polina and staff helped me narrow down my choices. The construction staff showed up on time and promptly completed my project. "Let's remodel" did a complete kitchen remodel in our 40-year-old house. They offer complete set of services including kitchen design, floorplans, 3D modeling that was really useful to visualize the final look. Gosh I spent a month picking the backsplash and ended up changing the pattern mid-project. Polina patiently listened to my ideas and changed the design showing me the renderings, I was happy that we shared the same view on how a new kitchen should look like. I picked mid-century style with split-color cabinets, and lots of storage space with space organizers inside most of cabinets. I spent a lot of time with Polina going through each cabinet idea and its kitchen function. Oh and it really helped that they have their own showroom which I and my husband visited several time to get an idea of how cabinets and finishes and tiles and all other stuff looks like in real life. Polina and Pavel (the contractor) set up a chat with us and promptly responded to my many questions during actual renovation. We gutted original kitchen down to studs ourselves to save a bit on cost, Pavel and his team were flexible to that. Pavel's team was excellent as we observed them during their work. They kept the construction zone clean and tidy after each day. The kitchen was completed recently and I could not be happier with the way it turned out!

Polina is a gem! They built and installed cabinets for my bathroom. The price, quality and timeline was perfect (who says you can not have it all). Installation was on time and they cleaned up nicely. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Let's Remodel.

For years we’ve dreamed up improvements to the most central part of our home, but not until meeting Pavel and seeing other examples of his work did we feel the confidence to at last pull the trigger. We ended up not proceeding with our project due to realization that we had unrealistic budget for what we wanted to accomplish and we need to save a bid more, but we were pleased with the process of getting a bid from Let's Remodel. Pavel came on time for an appointment and we had our quote within 48 hours as was promised to us. At the meeting Pavel gave us some great ideas for the layout and technical explanations on how it can be done.

Let’s Remodel did beautiful work renovating our three bathrooms. They could be featured in Better Homes & Gardens magazine. They are that good! Pavel Perju, head contractor, and Rachel Droullard, interior designer, led this project. It began in the Let’s Remodel showroom in Portland where Hunter, overseeing the showroom, showed us a wide variety of items available for renovation, including dozens of quartz for countertops, numerous varieties of tile, a collection of attractive doors for vanities, and a wide assortment of hardware. Rachel, our interior designer, provided a detailed plan for remodeling. She has a keen eye for design, and she offered us a variety of options. Our contractor, Pavel, coordinated the remodeling of three bathrooms at the same time. The tile work was superb. Painting was beautifully done. Vanities with quartz countertops and backsplashes were gorgeous. Let’s Remodel provides an app, called Buildertrend, which facilitated contact with Pavel and Rachel throughout the renovation.

Review for Let’s Remodel We highly recommend Let’s Remodel for both kitchen and bathroom remodels! The team is creative, knowledgeable, and prides itself on quality craftsmanship. From the first time we met with Polina and Pavel, they demonstrated a genuine ability to listen to our ideas, desires, (and budget) for the new kitchen. From this visioning process, they designed plans from our initial thoughts and requests. We were then able to make adjustments, with their help and expertise in design and construction, to create a kitchen we would never have imagined on our own. They truly understood our likes and dislikes, as well as our style, and used this information to put together a floor plan that included, amazingly, an expansive central island that has become the centerpiece of our daily life. The process of selecting counter tops, flooring, cabinets, handles, sink, fixtures, paint, appliances, etc., was very smooth. When we met with Rachel and Polina at their showroom, they had arranged a couple of combinations for us to give our input on and make changes as needed. They would again, listen to our ideas and guide us to what would be our final selections. All through the selection process, when changes needed to be made, we were consulted, and the final decisions were guided by our input. When questions arose, Polina and Pavel were very professional and honest about the reasons why changes were needed. Several sets of workers were in our home for the 12-week process. Every single person that worked on our kitchen was friendly, respectful of our home, and did top quality work. Our 25+ year old kitchen was transformed into a space that is more livable, efficient and open, giving it a real sense of togetherness when we have guests. It was the process, from the initial design conversations and consultation to the final finishing details, that resulted in such an amazing kitchen. This process was also the reason we chose Let’s Remodel a couple months later to help us with our small guest bathroom. The bathroom remodel was done with equal care and creativity. The resulting design transformed the space. We took out the bathtub and added a new shower, removed some very old wallpaper and painted the room with a bright colored paint to add light to our home. I contracted with Let’s Remodel for a major remodeling project, which included totally gutting and expanding the kitchen, removing and moving walls, (including external ones), , moving the front door and pouring a new sidewalk, installing new windows for the entire house, installing a new electrical panel, outlets and lights, refinishing the existing hardwood floors and installing them where they did not exist. The project took slightly over 3 months. Pavel was easy to work with. He has a great eye for seeing both the big picture of what is possible, as well as the details of the finish work to make it look beautiful. We recently moved into an older high-rise condo in downtown Portland. We decided to replace the showers, tub, and countertops in both bathrooms. We learned about Let's Remodel from online customer surveys. We brought our ideas and preferences, and Rachel and Pavel helped us with further advice on the design, tile selection, and plumbing fixture possibilities. From the first time we met Pavel and Rachel to the last brush of paint, we found Pavel Perju and his entire team to be friendly, helpful, expertly knowledgeable, professional, careful, respectful, dependable, and flexible. We are completely pleased with the transformation they performed on our bathrooms. Let's Remodel was not the cheapest bid we received, but we believe their performance was worth every penny we paid them. Our project was made more complicated by the limitations of working in a multi-story building with concrete walls, ceilings, and floors. Our HOA rules and procedures also added to the complexity in terms of work approval and permitting, permissible work hours and days, security procedures, elevator use, and hauling off all garbage. Pavel and his team were entirely cooperative and accepting of these limitations. Each and every contractor was a perfectionist about the quality of their work and the cleanliness of the work site. Beyond our complete satisfaction with the project outcome, we actually enjoyed having them in our home.

One thing that really stands out to me is the effort that the entire team made to complete our powder bath earlier than scheduled in time for a holiday party. We didn’t even ask them to do that, but once they found out about the party they made a massive effort to get it done in time. Let's Remodel re-tiled my master bathroom (tub surround, backsplash and entire shower), replaced the tile countertop with granite slab, and put in a new glass shower enclosure. They were professional and reliable. The gentleman who did the tile work was extremely hard working and paid attention to detail. They even figured out a way for me to have a shower niche put into the back shower wall after discovering a ventilation pipe that ran all the way up the back wall. My bathroom looks fabulous. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are unprofessional and have no respect for people's time. I set up an appointment with Pavel to come give me an estimate on a job. The day he was supposed to come up, I called the office to confirm he was coming, they said that he was. Nevertheless, he never showed up or bothered to call with an explanation.

Let's Remodel did an excellent job installing my new quartz counters in the kitchen. The process went very smoothly and they did exactly what the said they would do. I got one price that included demolition of old counters, install of new plus connect all the plumbing. Most places I checked had one price but the price went up because of tear out and plumbing. Also, they showed up when the said they would and came back when a there was a little finishing touch to do. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had a dilemma. We bought a beautiful home but the flooring throughout was very outdated. The original floor was a very nicely installed white tile. In its day that was the flooring of choice but not so much today. We opted to go with hardwood flooring and most flooring experts said our only choice was to remove the tile. But that would entail tearing up the tile - with all the accompanying problems, e.g., dust, under laminate problems, etc. Let's Remodel (Pavel Perju) however had a different solution. He said we could easily cover the tile with luxury vinyl plank which to us had the "look" we had in mind. Going with Pavel' s suggestion was a scary thought since all the other flooring experts said that would not work. Long story short, we trusted Pavel and went with him. He and his crew not only met our timeline expectations, after about 6 months since the luxury vinyl planking was installed we are very satisfied with his work.

Pavel and Igor were great. They showed up on schedule and did an amazing job. Everything was detailed and communicated electronically before the job began. I can't say how much we appreciate Igor's attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. Great company, will hire them again!

We are very happy with the final results of our tile project (second floor bathroom--included demo of old linoleum, toilet replacement, and 1-inch hexagonal tile installation). The Let's Remodel crew were punctual and professional from the bid process through to the final day of installation. The pricing was very fair and above-board, with paperwork in place that I can use as documentation of the work when it's time to file my taxes. Given the extreme conditions that the team had to go through, I would recommend Let's Remodel for tile work. Not only did the Igor come to our house when there was 3 feet of snow on the ground, he even worked with the crooked walls of our 1910 farmhouse and did a stellar job. Well worth every cent we paid, our bathroom looks so beautiful – so far it's one of the nicest rooms in the house! Their team at the office was equally responsive, I appreciate that they communicate via email. Working full time and having to field phone calls can be troublesome, so the email response is greatly appreciated.

About 5 months ago we had let's remodel sand, stain and refinish the natural hard woods in our new house. We also had a struggle deciding what to do with eleven steps in the entry way. They were so patient with us as we went back and forth between different styles. The shade of stain...... that took us even longer to decide on! Again they were very patient with us and even gave us their suggestions without being pushy. The job started a week early. The installers were very polite and did excellent work. I'm pretty sure I didn't see them take a break throughout the process. They also put up with me walking back and forth over the floor while they were trying to work..... oops. Let's remodel gave us a great experience and gorgeous wood floors. Will definitely use them for future projects!!!!

I spent many months, after my bathroom vanity was destroyed in a water/mold disaster to find the right contractor to help me to do what I wanted done. I was very happy when I connected with Miguel and Pavel at Let's Remodel, as this company assured me that they could do everything that needed to be done to build a custom vanity. Let's Remodel was able to build the custom cabinet, install the quartz and the mosaic tiles. It took some time to get on their schedule. But, it was well worth it. Pavel gave me some great ideas for the vanity, and we ended up adding a custom cabinet in my bathroom wall over the toilet. I could not be more pleased with the end result.
