Hi zehntner, Thanks, I appreciate your interest in this design. To answer your question, In general I provide design services and don't normally sell plans as a 'product'. I work with property owners to create a design that meets their vision for a specific property. The 'floor plan' is a by-product of this collaboration, and rarely a good fit beyond the context of the specific owner and site. That being said, I often use the design of one project as a starting point and inspiration for another project. So I'd be happy to talk to you about your particular project and whether there's a way I can help.
