We would suggest visiting Wisteria.com, Gilt.com and JossandMain.com. They have very pretty lighting that works with all styles and they often have great sales. We like the fixture you have chosen. To complement the size of the dining room table, you could add two of those light fixtures or one that is the same shape but a little larger.

Because your table is narrow, you cannot go too large in diameter for a round fixture. I too would look at some of the horizontal lights at Circa Lighting, like the Grovenor or the Goodman. Keep the pendants over your island in mind b/c you don't want the space to feel like it is filled with a bunch of pendants. I like the rustic chic vibe you have going, but consider something a bit contrasty, (rather than match matchy) like a darkened metal.

You might consider removing the runner rug from under the bar stools. Looks out of place there. How would it look on the other side in front of the stove/fridge? Or in front of the door.

It is so hard to make good suggestions from photos, but from the photos it seems that the light fixtures are too white for the room. If you look at the room and notice this also I would suggestion a dark metal on the light fixtures with a cream or colored glass

I agree with others that your proposed chandy is too matchy-matchy. In your photos, everything in your dining area is pale. Think about picking up the dark tones of your floor in a new chandy.

How about mini pendant lighting suggestions for the island? Do you like any of these? I like nickel because it matches the kitchen appliances and cabinet hardware. I may change out the faucet for something stainless.

I agree that a horizontal chandelier would be lovely and really compliment the room's geometry! Our fused glass fixture called "Galaxy" comes to mind. Here's some that we've custom-made for client's tables to add a pop of color.

I got these in polished nickel online. They're by savoy home and similar to RH and some of the expensive brands. I'm happy with them and they were under $150 each:). They also come in ORB.
