My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How would you get to the dryer vent and washer water connections if you had to?

    A portion of the countertop lifts off to expose piping, vent duct, etc. and there is enough room to access/disconnect the water supply and hose connections.

    We used 4 spring loaded magnet cabinet door closers. It works great. Just be sure to have enough closers for the weight of the lift off panel.
