love the celing roof

I have an ideal I would like use like what is shown in this picture; the celing/roof is it stand alone? what kind of insulation is used?

    There is 12" of spray foam above the tin ceiling. The roof material is a standing seam metal. By the way. This custom ceiling fan is available for sale..

    I'm looking thru other posted questions but don't see if you noted anything about the floors--will you pls tell me about them? Are they 2x10 solid lumber? Or is that an engineered hardwood/veneer? I love it.
