We really don't want to change trim color if we don't have too

Dark grey for countertop like your stainless steel appliances is one suggestion. I'd leave the floors alone. They are lovely. Then I would re-think the color of the walls to tie it all together. That greyish green clashes with the appliances.

If you are not changing the counters. This is my option you need to paint the walls a light rose color and paint the trim a darker rose to match the counters and the stainless steel appliances will come out in the room and will look very nice. Dark colored walls will make the room look small.
