My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I also am enamoured of the roman shades. I had some made and they said they needed to be lined to hide the hardware. I was looking for a more transparent look though. After hanging them with liners I feel the colors darkened and lost the airy feel. Any advice?
