If you go with the cabinet color, choose something two or three shades darker than the base cabinets. Although you say you are happy with the floor color, the tan in the floor really seems to be the main problem because everything else is in the color families of black, white, and yellow, including the yellow-green. If you could switch to white or nearly white floors, the light yellow walls and all the other colors would look harmonious and fresh in the combination.
