we are starting our bath next week. its about 15X20 feet and gutting it. right now the price is about 20K. taking out tub and shower, floor tile and counter with double sinks. putting in full length 15 foot double shower at one end, tile all around and matching floor. new pedestals, mirrors and sconces. about 3 weeks work. biggest thing is moving plumbing around. when done it will be here with the other 80,000 baths.
