My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I went to Plummers today on MiraMar road and they do not have one on the floor. Where can I find one and how much is it? I also like the fabric. Can you tell me what and where I can find fabric.

    Hmm, I bought mine from a local shop. I have since sold the sofa so I can't tell you what fabric it was, but it was one within the Rowe line. I got mine for a great deal, but I believe they retail for a few thousand. You will probably just need to call around to local shops to see who carries that line. Most places it is on special orders since it is quite large for a showroom to keep on display.
