My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful counter top. What material is it and how much does it cost?

    Thank you. the island counter is hard maple butcher block 3" thick. it is 38"X120"X3" one piece. I picked unfinished butcher block and finished it myself, this way i reduced the cost to minimum. it was about $2000, usully it is at least double than that.
