in the process of gutting a rental apartment. though i personally love the darker stains and white thermofoils for the bath and kitchen cabinets, i'm leaning toward the more lighter (honey, natural, etc) stains so that dings and scratches don't show down the line esp when renters move out. would appreciate any comments. thx!
