My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do I purchase this cabinet organizer....pop out shelf for mixer...noted in JDL construction site ? I love, love, love this !!

    It is not about the shelf, it is the mechanism, and you then can add whatever shelf you wish. This is Hafele mechanism.

    No sure what you mean. There can be a drawer above the cabinet, but must be installed in a cabinet.

    Wewa, yes you can, but keep in mind the mixer will then be 4-5 inches below counter height when extended. Also, the shelf will go all the way to the bottom of the cabinet when stored. There will be no space below the shelf as shown in this picture.
