Apart from major work to hard wire them into the wall, I would suggest looking at small console tables or stools that would be unobtrusive but that could hide them.For example, the front entrance - could you hang a wall carpet at the base of the stairs that covers this (however I do worry about fire risk and not sure what code is in your area - where I am it would be possible)By your stair railing you could hang a wall panel on hooks that creates a large removable wall panel so that you hide the outlet and paraphernaliaNear the clock is more difficult... for a quick solution.

The ones near the floor can be easily covered with pots of live plants. The one higher up on the wall has attention called to it by the oversized clock. Move the clock.
