My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your question. We chose a Pottery Barn Kids paint by Benjamin Moore called Spring Iris. It looks more pink and more gray/lavender depending on the light

    Im sorry to say I don't have the exact color of white paint used in this room. This was selected by the Homebuilder. If I were to opt for a chair rail in a room like this, I would select the same white as the white you use for trim and mouldings.
