    Wow this looks like a very tough call. The photo description says that it's Ipe decking but based solely on look and color it's strikingly similar to Tigerwood maybe some Cumaru. Tigerwood's signature look is the dark stripes that you see on the wooden doors. The decking appears to have some streaking as well.

    Below are some examples of Ipe, Cumaru, and Tigerwood for reference. Whichever they chose, it's a deck that's going to last for a very long time.
