    The screen panels are installed on the outside of the screening. Does this make sense to you? If not, I can draw a quick picture and post it.

    Panels are on the outside, See Attached drawing, hopefully it brings a little light to the question. Its a little crude, but works!

    actually, the stops and the panel are reversed. The panel would need to be removed from the outside due to the details of the corbels and railing.
