The peaked roof and gable seem to fit better in the neighborhood, but I prefer the more modern, more distinctive look of A.

Option "A" would be the contemporary choice.

A is my style and I would go for it.

A is more visual interesting with the combination of materials. People's vote could be skewed by the lack of detail on B, no house numbers, lighting, plants picked work better with A than B.

I prefer more traditional houses. I prefer the modern house here because it's more visually interesting to look at because of the contrast in color and texture.

Option A offers clear curb appeal and is quite visually compelling; it is contemporary but not so divergent that it will not fit within the neighborhood. Option A is our preferred choice.

Option A because it looks as if someone cared about the design and appearance. B looks like the builder cheaped out on the design.

A but the window on the left of the second story looks off to me. Its left side should line up with the left side of the dark siding below it. And the right window on the second story needs to be centered - - either on the wall that it is a part of or the entry way below.

A is much more my style. It appears the contemporary/modern is far more impressive, visually, than the rather boring old "traditional" box/row house. Many people prefer the contemporary style.

A, definitely. The side of B looks nasty and cheap, even though the window layout is the same as A. One note about A, though--the cap at the top of the wall need to be larger. It looks like an afterthought made from Home Depot stock drip edge.

Can you do better with the side windows? It looks like someone ran out of money when they turned the corner.
