My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      It is black, more specifically, Benjamin Moore Black 2132-10 in Semi Gloss.

      Wondering what lighting company you sourced the porch pendants from? I thought they might be from Arroyo Craftman, but I didn't see them on their website.

      I don't have a question (so I'm not sure I'm allowed to comment here) ...but just wanted to congratulate you, Kathryn, on one of the MOST beautifully and perfectly coordinated paint jobs I've ever seen on a Craftsman home! And also thank you for answering most everyone's questions. Many times the designer doesn't have the time to answer all the questions people ask.. Proud to have this beauty on display in our neck of the woods, that is the PNW!!!
