where is your marble from china or italy?

Seems the Ocean Gray subway tile is $10.45 not $7.45 a sq foot.

Ocean Gray is $7.45SF for order over 85 square feet (that does not include shipping) or as it is now it is $10.45 a square foot and free shipping.

We had a two tiered price structure in place at the time of this post. Orders above 85SF were $7.45SF and orders under were $12.95SF. But that was too confusing (or people under 85SF just wanted the lower price) and over this weekend (1st and 2nd of March 2014) after hundreds of emails, phone calls and chats with everyone who wanted less than 85SF we decided it was a nightmare to manage a two tiered pricing structure.

So we opted for simplicity. That is one price $10.45SF which includes shipping. A lot less calls now. Phew!

However if you need over 85SF please email sales@thebuilderdepot.com we will honor the price (as we have been doing) but will have to get you a shipping cost. Any questions or help please let us know.

Good question. 100% Italian Stone. We get to choose from Italian blocks, select the blocks and then we make the tile. The block selection is the important part and the hardest part. Most companies are just retailers and are provided whatever is on the market by suppliers from the USA.
