I purchased this giant horse picture last year and have had it hung in my living since then. It's the first piece I've ever liked enough to buy. I don't know why I like it though. I have no special feelings towards horses. I left it at the store and couldn't stop thinking about so I finally caved and got it. Now I'm finally getting around to decorating my living room and can't find a fabric that I feel works with it. Any suggestions on how to make it part of a cohesive room? We have plain white sofas, and beige walls. Open to painting, area rugs, throw pillows, more art, new coffee table, ect.

The things we aren't willing to change are; the curtains, the console table under the picture, the sofa( and its soon to be mate) and the mirror on the mantle, and the & thing next to it. The rest can all be changed. The room is very narrow, and lacks a 4th wall (open to entry and DR), so the sofa can't face the fireplace (sadly!)
