Need help coming up with design for unfinished basement

We have a 2,000+ sq ft basement that is currently unfinished and need to come up with a floor plan. Plus, we need to understand what structural changes need to be made regarding sprinkler height, bathroom rough out, and product selection for flooring.

The best way to get help with this is to include the existing floor plan of the basement, the floor plan of the floor above and a site plan. That will help anyone designing for you to know where the existing structural walls, plumbing and electrical are. As a licensed architect, I design basements for residences quite often.
