We recently removed an old carport that was attached to our garage as we valued a larger yard area for the kids. The carport roof is gone and the concrete will go next. Mostly hidden in the picture is a 25 x 13 workshop that we want to turn into an office/playroom/storage space. Only the corner is visible (double doors and the side window). I'd like to make the are more interesting and welcoming. Possibly french doors, some lighting, perhaps change the window, match the garage stucco on the exposed side of the shed, etc.. I would love to hear your ideas! One last thought, we may need to replace the roof on the garage and workshop, so I've go the crazy notion to re-do the roof to create a more open feeling inside.
