My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I also love cats and the two plants you have in that room with the spiral cat walk are toxic if any of the cats chew on the leaves. Philodendron and Dumb cane. Just a little FYI. :)

    The spiral ramp was made by Ben Ewart Construction (my finish carpenters) and was constructed by laminating thin strips of wood around a large cardboard tube over many months. When the reamp was finished, the tube was removed and the ramp was sanded, installed, and painted.

      i bought a wooden round poll and rope. we are going to wrap it the same way, and make ledges with padded kitty fabric for loungers lol love it cool looking job!

      @kayla Hope you bought lots of rope. You might be amazed at how many feet it takes to wrap an 8' pole.
