Possibly use a rubber type of shelf liner on the shelf assuming that you would not see it. Similar to what you would use to line drawers in the kitchen...dollar store should have it !Be sure that the glass is not touching either/proper spacing, somethings they touch and then you can 'hear' them with the vibration on the floor. Lastly, make sure that your hutch is secured properly to the buffet so that all is secure. Hope that helps.

Mine tends to rattle if I don't have the doors latched properly. On one side, I have double glass doors. If the left door isn't bolted before I close the right door, everything inside rattles. You might check your closures to see if that helps.

Is it level? I'd check that first :)

There seems to be some deflection in the floor that the china cabinet is setting on. Either beef up the floor structure or secure the cabinet to the wall, assuming the wall does not deflect with the floor.

I have same problem and mostly glasses rattling. They always find there way next to each other. I am about to try “glue dots”. Il let you know how it works.
