Need help with creamy white paint color for kitchen cabinets

I am considering having my cabinets professionally painted a creamy white. I have different contractors recommending two different applications. One says to spray the other says brush. Which is best? Also, any suggestions on a creamy white by Sherwin-Williams? I plan to replace the granite on the kitchen countertops with White Delicatus granite and will also have white beveled subway tile backsplash installed. Please help! Would love some suggestions.
