I could not source that door for you. As a solution many of the millwork houses would be able to replicate it easily. Surprisingly, the cost of having a door made is in line with a pre-made.

I have tried contacting the photographer but not had any luck of a response yet.

A carpenter with a little patience can remove the panels from any panel door. We usually use a multitool to cut out the sticking from one side and then use a small trim piece to replace it. I have used this method to put architectural glass in a five panel dark basement stair door. Recently we did it to replace the bottom two panels with wire screens in another five panel door to get more make up air for a steam boiler.

Anyone else possibly seen where to purchase this door?

Dusten....I think several of us have tried to track this down now. Unfortunately, I don't believe this actual door style is available other than thru a carpenter or custom door company.
