I think they're hung too high since they're closer to the ceiling than to the desk. Style with 1/3 books, 1/3 decor and 1/3 open space. They are too crowded; you need to remove all the "smalls" and you have too many round objects. Books can stack, stand, raise other objects. Think logically. Can the clock be used to tell time when it is up at ceiling level? Would books be reachable if on the top shelf? You get my drift, I'm sure. Things must make sense to your prospects, not just "be there" with no reason. You want them to see this room as an office. If it is actually your 3rd bedroom, you might do better selling if you stage it as a bedroom and tuck your office in somewhere else. What will prospects find more desirable - sleep space or work space? Remember 50% of your stuff must be eliminated to stage for sale. That makes this a great time to eliminate clutter, box up what you're keeping for the move, and start thinking about what will make your new home special.
