My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's a standard vinyl tile by Azrock. There are seams but they're very faint.

    Marm oleum says tiles work better in remodels than sheets of vinyl..what do you think?

    That's probably right. Sheet materials need a more level floor. Older buildings might have some leveling issues that aren't as visible in tile but would be visible with sheet material.
