My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Beautiful room. Can you please tell me about the drapery rod I have the same window situation in my living room. The area is totally private so I have never covered the windows but now I think I want linen shears on them. However, the window is so large that I'm told that because of the weight of the drapery I would have to use a motorized curtain rid. But I don't think I would like that look. I really like what you have done with this drapery. Can you tell me how it works? Thanks very much. Elaine
