I have worked with a design like this before, and I would suggest you switch the refrigerator and the end cabinets next to the door. I know you may think the refrigerator next to the door will create a closed in feeling, but you will appreciate the usable countertop space and the ability to utilize the corner cabinet. The corner cabinet will be very difficult to use since the refrigerator protrudes out so far. I would also place a tall panel to the right of the refrigerator to cover the side. This would also allow you to increase the depth of the cabinet above the refrigerator.
