My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Natural Quartzite is harder than granite but still susceptible to etching. Must be sealed with stone sealer. Will not scratch or chip easily due to it's hardness. Has natural fissures that can appear like "cracks" but are part of the stone.

    Wendi, I live in the East Bay and have been looking EVERYWHERE for white quartzite. The selection right now seems very limited - nothing as white or pretty as this. Can you tell me where you'd suggest a look for a white quartzite? I feel like I've already been everywhere, but would really appreciate any/all suggestions you have. Willing to go anywhere in the Bay Area at this point. Thanks! sarahmlee44 AT gmail.com
