Gutted powder room just about completed!

Still need to hang the mirror, get a towel holder and do a little bit of touch up painting. It's difficult to see the paint color with the lighting.

Very pretty. I love the lighting fixtures. What was your final bill? How long did it take you? What were some of the things you "wish you had known"? Other DIYers love this type of info. It really helps them with their own plans.

Thank you all! I never added up everything that I spent. I planned on painting myself but we had company coming and wanted to get it done so hired somebody. It was so much fun picking out the colors and fixtures, etc. I wish I knew more about plumbing and could have installed the sink and toilet myself. One thing to keep in mind is that some fixtures and hardware are not inventoried so when shopping, do well in advance b/c chances are you will have to wait a few days/maybe weeks to receive.
