My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the kitchen! We just purchased an (L)Eichler fixer and would love to know what type of treatment/stain and colors were used on the ceiling posts and beams.

    Congrats on your purchase! How exciting. I'm pretty sure they were that way when he bought the home a couple of years ago. They look painted in person, but I haven't examined them closely enough to determine what type of paint (or how many coats over the years) were used.
