Hi!! I need help choosing a paint color to compliment my kitchen cabinets. They are a butternut glaze color, a tad more yellow then they appear in these photos. I'm trying to lighten up the room a bit. There is currently a faux finish on the walls which was done very poorly. It was supposed to be a Ralph Lauren "combing" technique which ended up being applied with a scrunched up plastic bag by the fourth attempt. This paint has bothered me for years. We don't have money for a kitchen re-do at the moment so I'm open to all quick fixes!! I'll do paint, wall paper, wainscoting, etc... I just need help!!!! Which color would you recommend for these walls?? We will get larger crown molding and crowns for the top of the cabinets if we can somehow match the color. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!!
