What type of wood?

Looks great! I'm wondering what type of wood you used on the stairs and what type on the floors. Also, can you tell me what type of stain you used?

It is a custom stain over white oak

Its very pretty. Many custom site finished floors will also have an onsite stain mixed and applied to clients/designers specifications. Your finishers did a great job.
