Not Getting Notifications

I am using an ipad2 with latest updates and am no longer getting email notifications. This has happened twice before in the past six months, and each time has lasted 3 - 4 weeks before remedying itself. I have never been able to "fix" the problem myself. Very frustrating!

What is the problem, and how can I fix it?

Hi! If you go into Your Houzz and click Edit Profile, you'll be able to edit your email settings under Advanced Settings.

Hi Jeannie, Thanks for responding! I have checked and everything is set properly. I didn't get emails (from Houzz - other sources were fine) all day that day I contacted you (Sunday?). Then, the next morning I woke up to 357 notifications as all the previous day's emails had come through overnight! All was good for a day or so, then today it started happening again. I haven't been getting notifications all day.
