Decorations? You mean like for Easter or Passover? Because otherwise, you must mean art. Can't really see enough of the room to make very educated suggestions, so I'll make some ignorant ones instead. I'll be back with them in a few minutes.

Groveraxle, you sure are having a fun time :).... as for another idea. since I can't see most of the room, do you need lighting on that side of the room? perhaps a lamp on the right, near seating? Do an arrangement of framed art around the tv, using the tv as one of the pieces. I can't do the photo shop like Groveraxle is so good at, but if you were to do simular to what Groveraxle suggested but perhaps a rectangular one above the tv to tie the two sides together? It could be whatever subjects/ colors you like, Or , perhaps a mirror mixed in, or family photos if it's the right place in your home for it? I'd keep all frames the same and matting the same, maybe in black to tie in the tv screen.

Also remove some tables, is there a real reason for them there?
