Glass seams to be very popular- but I am really liking the concrete moroccan style tiles. And the marble is always timeless. And subways will always be instyle.

I agree glass it hot along with mosaics made from stone tile. What kind of style is the kitchen? Do you have a pic of the cabinetry style. Handmade tile, slate mosaics, glass tiles all sizes OMG there's so much to choose from. I'll be glad to help BUT will need some info to help you. Tile is my passion!

I have been using this in kitchens and baths. It is gorgeous glass mosaic tile and comes in many colors and shapes. It is affordable and has been easy to
install. I have used several colors and the range within one color it beautiful.

Looks like Emenee glass tile. I think glass is gorgeous but may be trendy if you plan on selling within 7 years. Have you tried tile and son mosaics like BLISS from Virginia tile.

I don't want to post a photo it is for a friend, but It is a Florida style home with high ceilings. The blonde cabinets from the early 90's has a slight pickled look with gold brass cabinet pulls. I would love to keep the pulls, and have the backsplash compliment the gold. This lady is refined, its almost like asking her to remove that glittery diamond bracelet, because pewter is in. I also want to know if the typical rectangle of tile over the range or cooktop is still a future look? She has a cooktop and hood vent, do I need to stop the run of tile to accent this area, or can I just make it go across the length of the countertop run? I too, TITHOF don't want this to be trendy or outdated in 7 yrs. What to do? THANKS Y'ALL!
