I desperately need some design advice. We were all set to go with the front facade for our remodel as shown in the drawing. Now I am having second thoughts about the railing on the deck above the front door and am thinking it could be too busy considering the curved roof lines and so on. However, others in my house think it is charming. I am thinking about going with a very simple railing with all straight lines.
