Painting new house

last modified: 12 years ago
I am beyond myself trying to pick out a neutral paint color for the inside of my newly completed new house. The painters are coming next week and everyone says to go "kilm beige" from Sherwin Williams, but I saw it in a house and it was too yellow for me. I was thinking "Bittersweet Sam" from Sherwin Williams as that is the only brand of paint my painters will use. My colors are green, red's and browns in the house. Please help! I am looking for a very neutral color-- not too grey, green, yellow, or pink hue in the beige. The house has a big great room and is very open with windows-- about 4500 square feet. BIG DECISION for me!!!
