Hi -- you don't mention it, but I think you should consider changing your coffee table as the red-toned wood does not sit comfortably with the sofa fabric. I suggest espresso for both coffee table and side tables (but don't match the design, just the feel). I think the curtains below would be perfect. All from Overstock.

With the feel I've suggested, I really like the last TV stand Warner Decor posted (Warren).

We just put panels up in our Family room. We went with Pottery Barn Emery panels in Ivory. I am very happy with them. For end table / coffee table - mix it up a bit with one in wood and the other in a metal finish, or maybe a larger square ottoman in leather with a tray on it.

my husband made that table many years ago. It was with a friend so he's not that savvy on restaining. His friend did tell him that because it is solid maple it's going to be hard to strip and restain and require a lot of work. Surely there is some creative way to work around it.

How wonderful that your husband made the table! Maybe go with some metal in the end table and dress your coffee table up with a dark tray that has a few cute decorative pieces on it. Some quick ideas:

If you could find a cushion that combines in a pattern of some sort the colour of the table and the colour of the sofa (darker or lighter), that would help make them work together. I've had a look but haven't found anything to suggest yet. (Close but no cigar, as they say.) If you could find a fabric that does that, you could have them custom made -- or make them yourself. In fact, you could have them made from strips of fabric that include those two colours. But that would probably mean sacrificing all but the beige cushions you already have.

I'd suggest plain cushions in those three colours -- beige, table, sofa -- but I can see that you enjoy pattern.

If I'd known you didn't like dark wood, I might have suggested grey wood or metal, but the central difficulty would have remained.
