Curtains definitely maybe some cushions for seating or if you don't want cushions then put some flowers there

Add two more panels like you have, but put them on rings. Lowes, Home depot, bed bath all sell, I can't tell what your rod is. If stainless go those. This makes it easier to open and close. Keep open during day. You can also layer a bamboo shade. Lowes, Home Depot , for added texture and interest.

I think sheers would look nice.
