My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Home grown gardener from Boise, Idaho...I have done A LOT of planting and the tree appears to be a Japanese Maple. I don't know the specific species, but the new leaves are tinged in bright rosy pink and the leaves stay light green through the season. I planted one like this several years ago for my mother..You may be able to google photos and find something very similar.
