I'm building a new house and like many other people I'm searching for the perfect "white" kitchen. At first I was looking at White Dove, and after much thought I think it's too creamy and dingy looking. I've recently started thinking about Simply White, which many people on various Blogs seem to speak positively about. I went to the paint store today and came across Snowfall White (OC-118)...does anyone have any experience/thoughts regarding Snowfall White.

My kitchen faces south and I have a lot of natural light.
