I am building a house and designing my kitchen to be one solid wall of cabinets (with the fridge) and in front of that a very large island with the rest of the appliances in it. So my only counter top will be the island. My look is very clean urban industrial. I haven't really come across any pictures of kitchens done like this. Is it because it is a bad idea or just because no one has done it? I would love input on the pro's and con's of designing a kitchen this way.
