My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Believeable Buff 6120 by Sherwin Williams. As I just explained to a another Houzzer, this is one of my go to colors. Here are a few photos of another cottage we did and we only used this one row of colors. It gave some great continuity to a small space...

      It is a simple strip oak with a natural stain. A few of the pieces naturally came up dark and added some nice dimension.
