Are the tiles light or dark. Since everything else is so neutral you could choose a favorite color.

I thought they were light, but once they were installed, they look darker , so i was thinking a light color, maybe a pale purple or blue - they are more on the grayish side

For a more modern look, I'd probably go dark, especially since the other walls and headboard are light. Try one f these... depending on whether you want more blue or purple. Both colors have warmer tones so they will look nice with the other colors in the room.
